Orders & Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, estimated delivery is 6–10 business days within the United States.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our tracking page to check the latest updates.

Why hasn't my tracking updated yet?

Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to update after shipment confirmation. Some carriers update tracking in batches. A delay in tracking doesn't always mean the package is lost.

My tracking link says "order not found"

Tracking links can take 24–72 hours to activate after your order ships. If the issue persists after that, email support with your order number and we'll check the status.

What if my order is delayed?

During high-volume periods, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. Our products ship internationally, which can affect delivery timing. If your order seems significantly delayed, contact support and we'll help review the status.

My order says delivered but I didn't receive it

Please check with neighbors, around your delivery area, and in any safe spots where carriers sometimes leave packages. If the package is still missing, email support with your order number and we'll review the situation.

What if my order arrived incomplete or damaged?

If your order is missing an item, arrived damaged, or you received the wrong product, email support with your order number and photos of the package and product. We'll review your case and work toward a resolution.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support immediately with the corrected address. Once an order has shipped, the shipping address can no longer be changed.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, email support as soon as possible and we'll try to cancel it. If it has already shipped, we can't cancel it in transit — but you can return it for a refund once it arrives.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through your subscription portal, where you can update products, delivery timing, shipping address, and payment details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription directly from your subscription portal. The cancellation takes effect immediately and you won't be charged again. If you need help, contact support.

I didn't know this was a subscription — why was I charged again?

Subscription products renew automatically at the interval selected during checkout. If you were charged unexpectedly, you can cancel immediately from your subscription portal. If you'd like to discuss a refund for an unexpected charge, email support with your order number.

Can I skip or delay my next shipment?

Yes. You can skip or reschedule your upcoming order through your subscription portal before your next billing date.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

Depending on your subscription settings, you may be able to skip upcoming orders or delay your next shipment. Check your portal for available options, or contact support if you'd like help.

Can I switch products in my subscription?

Yes — you can update or swap the product in your subscription through your portal. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

When will I be charged again?

Subscription orders are billed automatically based on the delivery interval you selected at checkout. You can check your next billing date in your subscription portal.

Will I get notified before my subscription renews?

You may receive a reminder email before your next subscription charge, depending on your notification settings. You can always check your next billing date in your portal.

What if my subscription order already processed and I wanted to cancel?

If your subscription order has already been processed or shipped, we can't cancel it in transit. You can cancel the subscription to prevent future charges, and return the order once it arrives for a refund.

Can I change my shipping address for a subscription?

Yes — update your address through your subscription portal before your next billing date. If an order has already been processed, the address can't be changed for that shipment.

What happens if my payment method fails?

If your card is declined, you may receive an email notification. Update your payment information in your subscription portal to avoid interruptions to your deliveries.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 90-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Email support with your order number to start a return or refund request.

The product didn't work for me — can I get a refund?

If you've been using the product and didn't notice a difference, contact support within 90 days of delivery with your order number and we'll review your request. Results vary from person to person, but we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Can I return an opened product?

In many cases, lightly used products may still be eligible for a return or refund depending on the situation. Contact support and we'll review your request individually.

What if I received the wrong item?

Email support with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll review the case and work toward sending the correct item or processing a refund.

Do I need to return the product before receiving a refund?

It depends on the case. In some situations, a return may be required. In others — such as damaged or incorrect items — we may process a refund without requiring a return. Contact support and we'll let you know.

How do I request a refund?

Email our support team at support@corvelalabs.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds usually take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. If it's been more than 10 business days and you haven't received your refund, check with your bank first, then contact us.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Standard shipping fees are generally not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
